Liturgies, Prayer & Sacraments
Opportunities to grow in character and faith
At Fenwick, we offer opportunities to grow in character and faith through school-wide, class-wide, club and team liturgies and prayer services. These liturgies and services are an important part of our school community.
Our chapel is open each day from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for private reflection and prayer. A "special intention" prayer book is located outside the chapel. These intentions are remembered each day in prayer and at Masses.
Small group opportunities for prayer and to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation are offered in our religion classes throughout the year, and during Advent and Lent.
"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 1:5
Although we are apart, we come together virtually and continue to pray as a community. We are thankful that Fr. Benetti and Fr. Leaver are celebrating Mass each day for our Fenwick community. Last week, we lost valued and treasured principal, Maureen Kelleher, from St. John the Baptist School in Peabody. We encourage the Fenwick community to post thoughts, memories or prayers for Maureen during this difficult time. May we pray for the repose of her soul and lift her beloved family in healing prayer.
