Tuition Plan Payment Information
Please review and select a tuition payment plan for each newly enrolling student. Complete the on-line form for each student and finalize with a $750 payment to reserve your student’s place for the academic year by April 1, 2024. Please note that $250 is a registration fee and $500 is a deposit towards your student’s tuition account. Both registration fee and deposit are non-refundable.
To help families manage tuition, we offer our three payment plan options exclusively through FACTS Tuition Management. Payments can be made directly through a checking or savings account. Debit and credit cards are also accepted through FACTS.
All families at Fenwick must be enrolled in FACTS Tuition Management by June 1, 2024. To enroll, please go to https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3GGR1 .
Plan A: ONE payment of
$21,150 due on or before July 1, 2024
Plan B: TWO payments of $10,575 each, due July 1 and December 1, 2024 (plus a one-time $100 service charge)
Plan C: TEN payments of $2,115 from July 2024 to April 2025 (plus a one-time $200 service charge)

ONE payment of
$21,150 due on or before July 1, 2024 by means of a loan obtained through Your Tuition Solution by calling

The figures listed DO NOT reflect Supplemental Fees,Financial Aid or Scholarship funds. All fees and discounts will be noted on each student's individual account. Withdrawals and delinquent tuition accounts are subject to the penalty provisions outlined in the Student Handbook, most of which are listed below..
Withdrawal Policy
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Withdrawals are based upon the calendar below:
Withdrawal before August 31: 100% refund minus the $500 deposit
Withdrawal before November 18: 50% refund minus the $500 deposit
Withdrawal before February 3, 2025: 25% refund minus the $500 deposit
There is no refund for any withdrawal after February 3, 2025.
Tuition Payment Policy
Final Exams: Students many not be allowed to take final exams if tuition is not paid in full by 4/29/25
Report Cards: Report cards will be held, and access to our online portal for academic progress may be closed, if tuition accounts and/or all school fees are not up to date.
