Students should arrive at 8:15 AM. Drop-off is at the Fenwick Chapel doors, located in the “small circle” to the right (facing the School), which is the Admission/Advancement/President’s Office entrance. There is parking in the circle and along the driveway.
Once inside, students will check-in at the reception table in the Chapel Lobby. Students will then be directed to the Chapel for welcome remarks by President Nunan. They will also meet their Fenwick hosts who will be with them throughout the day.
Students will attend four 45-minute classes, along with Fenwick Connect and Lunch, with their Fenwick hosts. Lunch is provided, which is usually pizza, beverage, and a famous Fenwick cookie. Please know that substitute lunches are available; please communicate any dietary concerns/restrictions with our Admissions Office.
The Bishop Fenwick dress code consists of khaki pants, a Fenwick polo shirt, and sneakers or shoes. Visiting students should dress neatly in similar attire. We simply ask that students not wear jeans or t-shirts.
Parking for the end of the day is in the back of the School, with entrance to Crusader Square through the ramp by the Gym. At 12:30 PM, parents and guardians are invited to join President Nunan and Principal Marquez for coffee in our Crusader Square. This is an opportunity for parents and guardians to ask questions about academics, athletics, fine arts, financial aid, and many other topics in a relaxed setting.
Our day concludes at 12:50 PM, when students will finish their last class of the day and meet their families in Crusader Square.
