Prerequisite: One credit in Algebra I-Honors with a B- or better, or one credit in Algebra I-Accelerated with an A or better or Department approval.

Some topics covered are quadratic equations and inequalities, quadratic functions, polynomial equations and functions, sequences and series, radicals and irrational numbers, and exponents. A TI-83/84 or Plus graphing calculator is required for this course.
Pre-requisite: One credit in Geometry (Geometry-Honors may be taken concurrently with Algebra II-Honors) and one credit in Algebra I-Honors with a B- or better or one credit in Algebra I-Accelerated with an A or Department approval.

A TI-83/84 or Plus graphing calculator is required for this course.

This course is designed to provide the student with the opportunity to further reinforce his or her algebraic and geometric skills, provide an introduction to trigonometry, and probability and statistics. Topics covered include radicals, quadratics, rational expressions, equations and graphs, trigonometric functions of the right triangle and of the general angle, fundamental counting principal, and permutations and combinations. Problem solving is emphasized through the course. A TI-83/84 or Plus calculator is required for this course. Prep for SAT/ACT during the first quarter is incorporated.
Pre-requisite: One credit in Algebra II-Accelerated with Department approval, or one credit in Algebra II-Standard with B or better or Department approval.

Each student is required to have a TI-83/84 or Plus graphing calculator for this course. All students are required to take the Advanced Placement Exam in Calculus.
Pre-requisite: One credit in Precalculus -Honors with a B- or better and Department approval.
