Bishop Fenwick High School serves the North Shore of Boston and the surrounding areas, drawing students from 49 cities and towns. The 38-acre campus is located on the Peabody-Danvers line, 20 miles north of Boston. It is a Catholic, college preparatory, coeducational high school, founded originally by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. It is the largest coed high school in the Archdiocese of Boston. Admission is by examination. Classes are grouped homogeneously and heterogeneously. Advanced Placement courses are available in French, Spanish, English Lit/Comp., Calculus, Biology and US History. Students may enroll in AP and Honors courses with the recommendation of each academic department.
